Charter Member Program
As a Charter Member of the HTMB Success Club, you will receive:
- An HTMB Success Club Charter Membership Kit
- “Hard Times Made Better” Magazine
- “Welcome to the Exciting World of the HTMB Success Club”, a guide* to the programs, products and services to be offered by HTMB Success Club
- “How to Thrive in Hard Times”, a presentation* you can use to share the benefits and opportunities of HTMB Success Club with others
- Pre-paid advance registration in “Basic Power Training”, a six-hour program of selected life, career and business development training – training* that will help accelerate your success as an HTMB Success Club Member
- “Introduction to CyberDynamics”, a guide* to helping you use the internet and social networking sites in building your business with HTMB Success Club
- Distribution Rights to market the memberships, training programs, products**, services and business programs of HTMB Success Club
- Other HTMB Success Club Member privileges and discounts that may be introduced as part of future development
- A business investment program package that MAY BE TAX DEDUCTIBLE, allowing you to write off your investment as a Charter Member against other income

As a Charter Member you will not only be able to enjoy the consumer and personal benefits of membership. You will also be able to retail HTMB Success Club memberships, programs, products and services to others – through direct personal contact or through the internet and social networking sites. On such sales you will earn retail income and bonuses proportionate to your results.
As a Charter Member you will also be able to mentor others into HTMB Success Club Business Programs – as other Charter Members or even as Area or Regional Managers. For your mentoring efforts you will qualify to be eligible for special “Mentoring Bonuses” on the sales results achieved by the infrastructure of Charter Members, Area Managers and Regional Managers you have helped to establish and mentor. These Mentoring Bonuses will be paid to you on a monthly basis.

Area Manager Program
As an Area Manager in the HTMB Success Club Business Programs you will receive all the benefits for Charter Members plus:

As for Charter Members, as an Area Manager you will be able to retail HTMB Success Club memberships, programs, products and services to others. However, because of the more intensive training and support you will receive as an Area Manager, your results and hence your income should be proportionately greater.
As an Area Manager you will also be able to mentor others into the HTMB Success Club Business Programs – as Charter Members, as other Area Managers or even as Regional Managers. For your mentoring efforts you will qualify to be eligible for “Mentoring Bonuses” on the sales results achieved by the infrastructure of Charter Members, Area Managers and Regional Managers you have helped to establish and mentor. These Mentoring Bonuses will be paid to you on a monthly basis.

Regional Manager Program
As a Regional Manager in the HTMB Success Club Business Programs you will receive all the benefits for Area Managers plus:
- Advanced Regional Manager Training – an even more extensive program of training and individual coaching to help you maximize both your HTMB Success Club achievements and your own personal life development
- Even greater bonuses for your marketing and mentoring activity
- A greater degree of leadership opportunities – to help support the general membership, other Managers and the executive of HTMB Success Club
- Optional opportunities to help HTMB Success Club develop operations in other cities, provinces, states and countries
- Regional Manager presentation aids and a greater supply of brochures, business cards and other materials
- Ongoing management support from the executive of HTMB Success Club – to help you fulfill and enjoy your active role as a Regional Manager (including 40 hours of individual professional management coaching)
- Even greater short-term income potentials from greater Team Development Bonuses (for helping to develop others as Area and Regional Managers)
- A business investment program that MAY BE TAX DEDUCTIBLE, allowing you to write off your investment as a Regional Manager against other income
As for Charter Members and Area Managers, as a Regional Manager you will be able to retail HTMB Success Club memberships, programs, products and services to others. On such sales you will earn retail income and bonuses proportionate to your results (as for Charter Members and Area Managers). However, because of the more intensive training and support you will receive as a Regional Manager, your results and hence your income should be proportionately greater.
However, the greatest purpose and the greatest potentials in your becoming a Regional Manager are not in the direction of your personal retail activity. The greatest purpose, and hence the greatest income potentials for you as a Regional Manager in the Foundation Phase are two-fold. Your first purpose as a Regional Manager would be to help build and mentor an infrastructure of Charter Members, Area Managers and other Regional Managers. For helping to develop others as Area and Regional Managers you can be eligible for “Team Development Bonuses” which can greatly add to your short-term income. Your second purpose as a Regional Manager would be to nurture and support your personal infrastructure to help them maximize their results in both retailing and in building their respective infrastructures of Charter Members, Area Managers and Regional Managers. As the mentoring Regional Manager you would be eligible to qualify for “Mentoring Bonuses” on the sales results achieved by your entire infrastructure of Charter Members, Area Managers and Regional Managers (and on their respective infrastructures of Charter Members, Area Managers and Regional Managers).
